Every organization's data is walled off by row-level security, documents are stored privately, and activity is audit-logged. Patient/PHI features stay off until a Business Associate Agreement is in place.

Reps earn on the orders attributed to them, per the approved compensation plan. Commissions are tracked automatically as attributed orders are placed. Final compensation terms are subject to healthcare-counsel review.

You bring a clinic onto the platform and they're attributed to you, so their ordering activity rolls up to your commissions.
