Porto MD is for licensed clinics, providers, sales representatives, and suppliers operating in their professional capacity. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization and hold any licenses and credentials required for the products and services you access.

Porto MD provides a marketplace and fulfillment-coordination platform. We facilitate ordering and route orders to suppliers, who are responsible for their own products, fulfillment, and compliance. Porto MD does not practice medicine, does not provide medical, legal, billing, coding, or reimbursement advice, and does not guarantee any clinical or financial outcome.

Prices and availability may change. Orders are subject to confirmation. You are responsible for paying for products you order through the platform, including applicable taxes and shipping, under the payment terms presented at checkout or in your agreement.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your use, including those governing the purchase, handling, prescribing, and dispensing of medical products, and any applicable anti-kickback, fee-splitting, and licensure requirements.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Porto MD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
