Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, professional license details, and the contents of forms and orders you submit. We also collect limited technical information automatically (for example, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address) to operate and improve the platform.

Porto MD is a business-to-business platform intended for licensed clinics, providers, representatives, and suppliers. It is not directed to consumers or to anyone under 18.

We use information to provide and secure the platform, process and route orders to suppliers, communicate with you, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to operate the platform — for example, routing an order to the relevant supplier or pharmacy for fulfillment, and with service providers (such as hosting, email, and payment processors) who act on our behalf under contract. Suppliers see only the information necessary to fulfill their assigned orders and never another supplier’s or clinic’s data.

Where Porto MD handles Protected Health Information on behalf of a covered entity, that handling is governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and applicable law. PHI features are disabled until the required agreements and safeguards are in place. See our HIPAA & BAA statement.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level database security — designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to legal and operational limits, by contacting us. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
