SMS / Text Messaging Policy

Program name: Porto MD Partner Alerts. Porto MD LLC (“Porto MD”) sends occasional text messages to its own contracted business partners — independent sales representatives and partner clinics — from our business number. This is first-party messaging only: Porto MD messages its own partners about their own accounts. We do not send third-party or affiliate marketing of any kind. This page explains what we send, how recipients opt in, and how to stop messages at any time.
Who receives texts
Only Porto MD business partners: sales representatives and clinic contacts who have an active business relationship with Porto MD. We do not send marketing texts to patients or consumers, and we never sell or share phone numbers with third parties for their marketing.
How you opt in
Consent is collected through a standalone, campaign-specific checkbox on Porto MD’s own website forms — the representative application at portomd.com/signup and the contact form on our homepage. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default, states the types of messages, and is separate from any other agreement — SMS consent is never bundled into general terms. Consent is not a condition of applying, purchasing, or partnership. Each consent is recorded with the submission.
What we send
Operational, account-related messages only — for example: new products available on your storefront, portal notices, order and fulfillment updates, training announcements, and time-sensitive program updates. Message frequency varies with platform activity; typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at partners@portomd.com or (952) 300-0004. Opting out of texts does not affect your partnership; we will use email for required communications instead.
No sharing of mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers, SMS consent, and opt-in data are never sold, rented, shared with, or bought from third parties or affiliates. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages through our messaging service provider.
Carriers & liability
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Phone numbers are used solely for the communications described here and are handled under our Privacy Policy. We retain opt-out requests so we do not text you again.
