- Does Porto MD bill insurance for telehealth practices?
- No. Porto MD is cash-pay only. It does not accept, bill or process insurance, commercial or government, and it has no claims, coding or reimbursement features.
- How do telehealth practices get started on Porto MD?

- Does Porto MD handle multi-state licensing?

- Can we bring our own video vendor?
- Not today. Video visits run on Porto MD's own video rooms, opened from the chart after the check-in, consent and licensure checks pass.
