- No. Porto MD is cash-pay only. It does not accept, bill or process insurance, commercial or government, and it has no claims, coding or reimbursement features.

- Yes. With the patient's consent, AI Scribe drafts the note from the visit, and the provider reviews, edits and signs it. Templates and quick text are there as well.
- Can our MAs and front desk have their own access?
- Providers get a schedule and a chart. Front-desk staff get scheduling, check-in and messaging, never charts. Roles and permissions decide who sees what, and an append-only audit trail records every access.
