- No. If you do not write prescription orders, Starter or Practice cover the practice.
- Can the care plan book a whole series?
- The Care Plan schedules the visits and check-ins with due dates and sends the reminders. Online booking takes one visit at a time, so patients can also move a single visit themselves.

- Providers get a schedule and a chart. Front-desk staff get scheduling, check-in and messaging, never charts. Roles and permissions decide who sees what, and an append-only audit trail records every access.
