- Providers get a schedule and a chart. Front-desk staff get scheduling, check-in and messaging, never charts. Roles and permissions decide who sees what, and an append-only audit trail records every access.
- Can we change the journey?
- Yes. The library journey is a starting point: edit the steps, the cadence and the survey, or build your own program in Programs. Every clinical decision stays with the licensed provider.
- We use another EMR today. What moves over?
- You keep your current system until you are ready. Documents and results can be attached to a Porto MD chart as files today, and the onboarding checklist walks your team through profile, locations, team, schedule, services, forms and programs. Porto MD does not offer a bulk record migration service, so plan the move with us on the demo.
